All items featured in this auction sell with NO RESERVE beyond the opening bid price. Items have been pictured and described to the best of our staff's abilitiy to truly represent the condition of each item. No guarantees are given or implied unless clearly stated in the description.

ALL ORDERS PICKED UP AT OUR SATELITE LOCATIONS (KC AND SPRINGFIELD) WILL HAVE ADDITIONAL $30 DELIVERY CHARGE PER ORDER.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE ALL BIDDERS INTERESTED IN ELECTRICAL ITEMS TO COME TO OUR PREVIEW NIGHT AND TRY ITEMS OUT IN PERSON. NOBODY IS AS GOOD OF A JUDGE AS YOURSELF IN PERSON. NO WARRANTIES IMPLIED UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN ITEM DESCRIPTION.
All items will not be removed until full payment is made. All items being shipped will be shipped 100% at the buyers cost. All items will be shipped USPS unless otherwise arranged by buyer.
Buyer who purchases large items requiring freight shipping agrees to pay full cost of shipping from the cheapest bid of shipping at www.uShip.com. We post the shipping of your items and accept the lowest bid. Buyer is responsible for payment of shipping before it leaves the warehouse.
All items not paid for 5 days after the close of the auction become property of the auction house. All items that have been paid for and not picked up within 5 days without arrangements between buyer and auctioneer become property of the auction house, and will be disposed of or offered again at auction without refund to buyer.
All shipping charges will be a second transaction, and 3% processing fee will be charged to shipping. All sales are final. We encourage any bidder who has questions about the online process to please contact us directly before bidding or the close of the auction 417-399-1904 or 417-745-0140.

All payments are in US Dollars. At the end of this timed auction, the card used to register with will be immediately charged for all purchases. If you're new to our auction house, there will be $1 surcharge to your card to authenticate your card. There will be a 10% buyer's premium charged to the final price of all purchases. (Example: $100 purchase + 10% buyer's premium = $110 total at checkout)

All items needing shipping will be shipped USPS unless otherwise requested by buyer.
Auction house does not purchase extra insurance on shipped items. If additional insurance is needed, it must be requested by buyer.
Auction house uses extremely good care in packaging items to ship. However, we take no responsibility for items once they are shipped. It is recommended that buyers pay for extra insurance. All insurance claims must be handled between buyer and shipper. Auction house claims no responsibility for items once in possession of shipper.
Items requiring freight shipping will be shipped by lowest shipping bid through www.uShip.com. Customers agree to pay lowest shipping rate once bid is placed.
Customers refusing shipping charge will still be charged full price of item without refund. If you are curious about the charge of shipping for an item, please contact us for estimate before bidding.
