Estate of Flolydene Gillihan Part 1
As Ms. Gillihan has sold her home in Hermitage, Missouri and is moving out of state, she will be selling her personal property at ONLINE ONLY auction.
Floydene was a very good collector of fine antiques and furniture. She took great care and pride in her property. All items are of high quality, very clean and in excellent condition.
Because of Large size of auction, this auction will be 2 parts, Part 1 and Part 2. Both Auctions will close on the same night, with Part 1 closing at 7pm and Part 2 will close 1 hour later at 8pm.
There will be a 10% Buyers Premium Charged to all winning bids.
Auction Preview: Thursday, August 27th, from 6-8pm at the Key Building Warehouse in Hermitage, Missouri
Auction Closes: Thursday, September 3rd, at 7:00 P.M. Central Time
Auction Pick up: Monday, September 7th from 6:00-8:00 PM
Shipping available on smaller items not requiring freight rates. If unsure please contact auctioneer in advance.
Lots of great antique furniture and glassware, salt and pepper shakers, chicken collectibles, and lots of shop tools. All tools have been tested and are guaranteed to work unless listed as not working.

Shipping: Shipping is available for most items in this auction. Smaller items such as tools, dishes, and smaller items that can be boxed and shipped UPS can be shipped at buyers expense. All shipping will be UPS. Buyers will be charged shipping cost, packaging by UPS if necessary and a $5 dollar handling fee by Auctioneer. Shipping will be charged as after checkout as a second transaction.
Payment: At the end of the auction, all winning bidders will be charged for their items on the card they registered for the auction. There will be a $1 charge charged by the credit card company for validating card at the beginning of the auction. If other payment methods are required, please contact auctioneer before the end of the auction, otherwise, auctioneer will automatically charge the card registered.
