This auction is multiple consigned estates. All items have been photographed to show the true condition of each item to the best of the auctioneer's ability and know how. All items have been listed as accurately as possible by auctioneer to insure purchasers' satisfaction.
Sellers have agreed in contract that they will not bid or have others bid on their own items for the reason of falsely raising the bidding price of their own items. If found out by auctioneer, the item will be voided and seller responsible for the commission due the auctioneer.
All items are to be picked up, as owners of estates have determined that they will not ship items. All items are contained in one of two different holding facilities. After purchase, bidder should confirm location of item for pick up before making arrangements to pick up items.
Items sell as is no guarantees unless otherwise stated. Auctioneer has listed if furniture has come from a household of smokers. Bidder should assume that the item has come from a house of pets or smokers, unless item has been described as otherwise.
